At a party, Bo and Carly arrive late after Carly gets called to the hospital. Vivian panics when Shawn-D mentions meeting "Nikki" in the park, but Nikki denies it. Carly returns from the hospital and tells Vivian she came for her because she means so much to her, then meets Nikki for the first time.
Meanwhile, Roman suggests to Marlena that they have another child, but their romantic evening is interrupted when Stella arrives, blaming Marlena's counseling of Roger for her troubles and suggesting Marlena should have recused herself due to personal involvement. Later, Roger visits Jesse to apologize, but Jesse becomes angry and nearly strikes him. Roger leaves troubled and tells Stella he won't come home.
Roman locates Jesse and Carrie, asking where Roger might be. With Marlena's help, Jesse reveals Roger may be at an old warehouse on 5th and Main. Marlena rushes there and finds Roger in tears.
