At the hospital, Shane discovers Philip Collier, Kim's fiancé, waiting to see her, shocking him into the reality of Kim's engagement. Meanwhile, Victor hosts Nicholas on his yacht and becomes impressed with the boy, pressuring Vivian to extend his stay. Victor sweetens the deal by covering Nicholas's tuition and Vivian's hotel expenses. Victor plans a party for Nicholas despite Vivian's reluctance. Bo and Carly grow closer romantically on Bo's houseboat while discussing Vivian moving onto Victor's yacht.
