In Switzerland, John exposes Danielle as Romulus, showing he stole her ruby necklace as proof. She pulls a gun, refusing to give up the locket. John insists she still loves him. Before she can answer whether they were married, police arrive; he lets her escape and fakes being knocked out.
Danielle returns to the hotel, where Vivian demands answers. Danielle reveals a second locket exists, containing proof of John’s true identity. Vivian is stunned.
