Marlena visits Shane and learns Roman’s fate is still unknown. Accepting she can’t live on false hope, she decides to move forward. Roman, disguised as an orderly, overhears this and visits Shane, though Marlena doesn’t recognize him.
At the Alamain mansion, Vivian shoots LeBeque to save Lawrence, shocking Ivan. Abe arrives to investigate. Delirious Carly wakes and calls Lawrence “James,” revealing she knew this before learning his identity. When she asks him to kiss her, he refuses but promises one day he will. Carrie witnesses the aftermath and nearly gets caught before escaping. Vivian overhears Carly call him “James” and grows suspicious.
Torres delays the hit on Lawrence. Victor negotiates with Torres for Bo’s release, offering half the Kiriakis empire. Downstairs, Vivian sabotages Carly’s medication, discarding her pills and water.
