Before departing Portobello to return to his native Scotland, dentist Angus McAllister treats Jim for a toothache. Long John suddenly suffers a toothache of his own while cruising the Caribbean. Discovering that Angus has been captured and imprisoned by the Spanish, Long John devises a plan to rescue him . . . when the toothache becomes unbearable for everyone aboard his ship.
