The entire family, realizing how unfair they’ve been to Sumru, goes to Konya to apologize. As Sumru pours out her heartbreak and disappointment, everyone comes to see just how right she is. Upon learning that Nuh has a mass in his brain, Sevilay is overcome with fear. Despite how devastated she is by the doctor's words, she resolves to stand by Nuh no matter what and fight alongside him. Nuh, however, wants to focus on resolving the other issues in his life. Melek is heartbroken over Sumru, but also uneasy about Cihan’s friend who has arrived from Germany. Though this stirs up confusion, Melek refuses to back down to anyone. Meanwhile, Nihayet is crushed by what her daughter has endured. She is now determined not to let anyone hurt Sumru again—and if necessary, she’s ready to step onto a path with no return.
