I was lucky enough to join the Texas Whiskey Trails event at Balcones in Waco Texas. A small group of us got a behind the scenes tour and more importantly got to blend out own whiskey under the guidance of Balcones master distiller and blender Jared Himstedt.
This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to attend a blending class so I wanted to take you along for the ride!
