Six children are transformed into Hero Squad Cadets and start a rigorous training programme alongside real-life, life savers. The Hero Squad cadets are back at the RNLI training school in Poole and this time it's all about speed and teamwork. How will these young recruits cope when their In-shore life boat capsizes and will they manage to locate and rescue two exhausted kayakers, before it's too late?
