Six children are transformed into Hero Squad Cadets and start a rigorous training programme alongside real-life, life savers. After just one day of training, the cadets have the chance to put their new skills to the test. Can they overcome their fear of enclosed spaces and deal with very challenging conditions, as they attempt to rescue two cavers who are trapped, deep in an underground cave in Derbyshire?
