Painters know it as the official colour: salmon pink. But no one knows exactly which salmon they mean by that. Because buy wild salmon and it is deep dark pink. Buy culture and it will be light pink again. How is that even possible? Salmon is salmon, right? The Keuringsdienst asks farmed salmon to show their colours and discovers that whales are wrong.
