Anna, Tom and Liv manage to escape with an excuse and Ruth doesn't suspect anything. The next day, the three manage to throw Jack and Richard off their trail and thus have a little more freedom to look for a way to make room 13 reappear. The three secretly go looking again and discover a kind of coin slot in the hallway to room 13, hidden in a lamp. The key chain fits into the slot. They throw it in.
