Takeru and Doctor Yamatone are determined and head towards the secret base completed by Nazo. They manage to infiltrate the base, but Nazo, on the contrary, takes them hostage. However, thanks to the resourcefulness of Doctor Yamatone and his team and Fantaman, the base begins to collapse. Nazo, enraged, transforms into a giant monster and attacks Fantman. Furthermore, Black Ghost, who was supposed to be dead, also appears and finally begins a final battle to the death in four-dimensional space!
