Darkness dominates the land. The monster Basler, created with Dogmalon, is controlled by Nazo. The world is plunged into darkness and chaos due to the black cloud emitted by the monster. Doctor Yamatone, Takeru and his team rush to the vicinity of Mount Garo, which is believed to be the source of the cloud. However, they are interrupted by Po, a fortune teller who lives in the village and manipulates the inhabitants. In reality, Po is a subordinate assigned by Nazo to guard the monster.
