Fantaman arrives on an island inhabited by dinosaurs bred through hydrogen bomb testing and other activities, where he finds Marie's pendant. Marie had been kidnapped by Nazo's men and imprisoned on the island. The pendant has a mechanism that emits special radioactivity, which Doctor Yamatone and his team use as a clue to get to the island. Fantaman follows Marie to the Sulfur Valley. However, it was a trap set by Nazo and his friends!
