Trains and ships disappear all over the world. At the same time, Dr. Yamatone is assigned by the International Alliance headquarters to guard a warehouse where atomic and hydrogen bombs are stored around the world. The reason is that someone stole a map showing their location. The culprit is actually Nazo, who wants to eradicate the H-bomb warehouses using the Galgar, a monstrous bird that emits anti-gravity rays from its eyes. The previous incident was just a test for this purpose!
