An anomalous climate suddenly turns cold in tropical regions, with icebergs appearing in the South Pacific. Dr. Yamatone, investigating the causes, discovers that someone has been using a device to block the flow of warm currents and inject cold currents from the Antarctic. Meanwhile, Takeru and his team, who were investigating the incident, are captured by the evil scientist Nazeau and almost turned into food for the fish monster Mammoth Killer. When Marie's tears turn into bats, the golden bat appears again!
