part 7 of our best-dress series! blue is one my favorite colors hence the length of this video ???? just like in the other videos this list is arranged in no particular order and were chosen for different criteria like being iconic/memorable, dresses i would wear if i could, and outfits that were just brilliant decisions on the costume designer's part. obviously this is just my opinion.
