With the image of the United States declining in the international community, the President works to re-brand the USA - complete with a new flag, slogan and most importantly, a new national anthem. The Lil' Cronies and the Lil' Dems compete against each other in a competition to create the new national anthem. Later, Lil' Bush and the gang must win gold the Olympics in order to prevent the Chinese from claiming America (and Canada) in a bet.
