David has an extremely rare condition called Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia which causes him to have life-threatening nose bleeds. After many trips to the ER, David is left with a large hole in his septum. David seeks the help of Dr. Jason Hamilton. Dr. Hamilton must find a way to repair the hole in David's septum knowing that with one wrong move he could put David's life in danger.
