Part 11 of Rui Yoshida's tour of Hokkaido's port towns takes him to Tomakomai, where Hoki (sea urchin) is delicious! About an hour and a half south of Sapporo by car. About an hour and a half drive south of Sapporo, the bar poet Rui Yoshida wanders around Tomakomai, which faces the Pacific Ocean, in search of delicious sake and snacks. He is accompanied, of course, by HBC announcer Kanako Murotani. Again, lots of smiles! It was a fun trip.
