Emilia tells Manuel that she cannot go live with him since she does not want to leave Hilda alone. Trinidad offers her grandmother to help her find her heart buried on her farm in exchange for her helping her find her father. On the other hand, Milagros arrives at the inn to ask Francisco about what to do about Pablo's ex-partner. Emilia arrives at her house and has a sincere conversation with Hilda, where they reach an agreement: she will not go to live with Manuel, but she must respect her love relationship.
