We are trying something new here. While we have been dabbling in featuring Action's workouts for a couple of years, we have decided to go all in and show you complete training sessions. For our premier episode, the good people at Contra Sports Club opened their doors to us. Action jumped into a session with pro skaters Sean Malto and Nicole Hause, and Contra co-owner and athletic trainer Jessika Alexander took them through a workout.
