We ventured outside of the capital region to see a hidden gem up north. We threw on some waders and met up with Helene Gibbens and Suzanne Weirich from Adirondack Riverwalking, who took us on a fantastic riverwalking trip. We got to learn about the practice of sensory immersion and all the health benefits that go along with it!
