Lena doesn’t have much time left, as the boxes for their relocation to Bangkok are already packed when she discovers she’s pregnant – a medical impossibility, according to her doctors. Though she and Felix have a young daughter and seem perfectly positioned to have a second child, Lena makes the difficult decision to terminate the pregnancy.
