Today we're cooking something very special, the haggis scoticus. It's listed as an endangered animal in the United Kingdom, but I was somehow able to get my hands on one. In this episode, we'll be making a plate of haggis, neeps, and tatties to celebrate the start of April.

6 Tatties (Potatoes)
1 Neep (Rutabaga/Swede)
300mL Extra Thick Double Cream (Or Heavy Whipping Cream)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
