In Newcastle, officers race to back up a patrol on the tail of a joyrider in a Range Rover who is refusing to stop, and the driver and passengers make a run for it after crashing the car, which then bursts into flames. PC Martain Anderson pulls over a driver travelling at a snail's pace and discovers it's only the second time the man has been behind the wheel of his own car
