Prior to his extradition from Spain to Mexico, Emilio Lozoya, former Pemex head, revealed that Odebrecht paid $ 4 million in bribes to Enrique Peña Nieto's presidential campaign, and another $ 6 million was delivered by the construction company in exchange for contracts with Peña already in government, according to a document obtained by the newspaper Reforma.
