The chuggers have to think of a way they can help make Chuggington even more beautiful. Koko decides to wash down the platforms, Brewster paints a few fences, and Brewster picks up litter. But when a cheeky monkey starts throwing the litter back onto the tracks, Brewster realizes he has a big problem!
