In this vinyasa flow yoga class you will work on developing a strong core, standing twists that require core activation and upper body strength through side planks and forearm plank variations. All you need is a mat and if you have two blocks and then you're good to go to follow-along. You will be connecting breath to movement as you flow through this sequence and hopefully connect to that state within which is pure peace, stillness and focus.
