Night has gone, an episode in which the moon cried. This is an episode about the light bulb, the most famous invention associated with the Thomas Edison tale. But it is the invention that enabled man to dispel the darkness of the night, and darkness is the ancient and original fear of human beings in their depths. The episode traces how the light bulb radically changed our lives, how it affected our relationship with the night and imagination, and how humans, who have long loved the moon and wrote poems in it, were able to illuminate the earth and sky with lights that challenge, transcend and even hide the moonlight.
