Jim and Sofia recently sold their family cottage. This retired couple loves the outdoors and wants a contemporary backyard space that feels like a cottage escape. This episode proves that small is mighty. Paul and the team give this small yard the full treatment and create three distinct deck spaces with intricate angled pergolas, a canvas awning, metal privacy screens and a built-in bbq spot with counters...oh, and a path leading to a stone pad fire pit area with a gorgeous privacy screen.
