Luo Wei Zhao takes Pei Su back to his house and cooks him a birthday meal. Then Tao Ze contacts him to say that Tang Ning's niece, Chen Chen, has gone missing. The Special Investigation Department tracks down Su Ruo Wan, a student who used to play with Chen Chen and whose mother was the only surviving girl from the disappearance incident 16 years ago. She was living near the scene of the abduction. After helping to capture Su Ruo Wan, Pei Su receives a report of a collision accident from Du Jia. The circumstances are the same as the accident that left Pei Su's father in a vegetative state.
