The Special Investigation Department, led by Luo Wei Zhao, receives witness testimony that He Zong Yi was punched near a coffee shop. He was asking a shop assistant for the address of a members-only club called Chengguang Mansion, and the person who punched him was Zhang Dong Lan, the son of the chairman of Zhaonan Group, who is also a member of Chengguang Private Club. As Zhang Dong Lan is the nephew of Director Zhang of the Special Investigation Department, the Special Investigation Department intervenes, detains and interrogates Zhang Dong Lan. Pei Shu, who is also an acquaintance of Zhang Dong Lan, was also questioned directly by Luo Wei Zhao.
