Bulletproof and Hardtop attend a charity dinner on the Mountback, the most state of the art blimp in Empire City. Unfortunately, the Crooks are there, too – to rob it! Hardtop must get over his fear of heights to help Bulletproof and the COPS team stop the crooks from looting the blimp.
