The body of Ryoichi Takinaka (Jun Hashimoto) is found under the bed of Shotaro Haruno (Katsuri Sato). However, there is no lower body and Shotaro's smartphone is in his hand... Detective Fumiyo Kudo (Tetsuhiro Ikeda) suspects Shotaro, who escaped from the hospital room with him, but claims that it was Takinaka's invitation. He also claims that he was beaten by someone and fainted. Kudo suspects that this crime is related to the recent serial murders... Before long, Takinaka's lower body is found in an extremely cruel state, and shock runs through the hospital.
