Constance is seized of a particular case that leads her to discover a possible case of miscarriage of justice. A man has been in prison for 7 years for the murder of his wife, a crime he says he did not commit. His life has been turned upside down since the tragedy, the family has been divided, some taking the side of the father, others of the mother... Particularly touched by this story, which is reminiscent of her own, Constance convinces the judge to prove her innocence before brutally clashing with the judicial system, which does not like to relinquish its judgment.
