Two boys from Greenland are admitted to Fredenslund, and Bjorn is put in charge of the smallest boy, Malik. When an inexplicable disease starts spreading in the hospital, Malik quickly falls under suspicion. Miss Madsen has been admitted after the accident, but life as a patient does not agree with her and Dr. Friis sacrifices himself for science.
