When he discovers a patient whose quality of life could be enhanced significantly by new laser treatment he has a change of heart about applying for the position. After Oliver gains a promotion things go wrong. Penny is moved back to AAU after it comes out that she slept with a patient. Maria has to cope on her own when Donna disappears for the whole day.
