Caroline is a 25 year old Americal girl who regularly parties with celebrities. She's throwing her own Bikini beach party in her local neighbourhood of downtown LA. She has some very firm ideas - no botox, no sluts and some real big name celebrities on the guest list. War is declared on LA's tens of bad parties as Caroline sets her standards super high.
