Contestants include: Chloe Coscarelli of chefchloe.com (Los Angeles), Shannon Noormand of Crushcakes Cupcakery (Santa Barbara, Calif.), Shayrin Badillo of Cupcakes Nouveau (Coral Gables, Fla.) and Jeff Bonilla of Cups (La Jolla, Calif.).
