Hollywood nail salon owner Katie Cazorla, aka "The Queen of Nails," continues to expand her celebrity-filled salon, The Painted Nail, to keep it the hottest spa in town. However, the salon's future is in jeopardy when a client gets sick after nail tech Lisa encourages her to eat the foot scrub.
