Nick considers whether or not Luke should live in Foster Care or live with his dad after seeing his mom sleep with a friend of his. Lulu drafts a trust fund for their baby; Nick wants them both to be trustees but Lulu opts for herself. Burton is concerned when Jake is noticeably absent on a case.
