Dario sues Kouchu for Phyboid when he decided to fight him for it back. Kouchu accepts the challenge and fight Dario with a powered up Roaracryst. But when he have lost the battle in grief, Phyboid have ran to Kouchu instead of Dario because of his kind and respectful nature.
