The Cheetah Girls trained the Marukas in order to get strong enough to rid the brawlers off. Meanwhile, the Crystal Brawlers have did their own training in order to get to the fourth medal. However, the Crystal Brawlers training goes awry when it appears that they are lacking one thing.
