With his home prefecture's Nebuta festival approaching, Kogami Taiga becomes increasingly excited. By strange coincidence, Edel Rose is hired to do some work at the festival. The group is invited to Taiga's home, where his sister Ozora tells them about the first time Taiga came to Tokyo and his first encounter with Prism Shows.
