Junior Doctor and newcomer to Shetland Dr Saul Wilson is thrown in at the deep end, when two serious cases arrive simultaneously into Accident and Emergency. Dr Wilson will need to use all his skills and rely on the vast experience of Shetland's nursing staff if he is to provide the care required. Away from the hospital, viewers will get to meet the doctor working on the isle of Unst - the most northerly practice in the United Kingdom. And two of the new junior doctors take to the water to try out a popular Shetland hobby.
