He drops into one of the best food and drink markets in California, cooks with some delicious local produce at a stunning vineyard, gets an exclusive look at the brand-new kitchen at one of the world's best restaurants - 'The French Laundry' - and blends his own red wine to bring back home. James also takes inspiration from Napa's larder to cook California-inspired food in the UK.
