On this episode of How to Drink, I’m taking a look at a particularly potent libation: Dr. Funk. I’m not sure which legend to believe that follows this drink, but I like the idea of the author of Treasure Island having a doctor mixing up delectable Tiki drinks before Tiki was cool. I decided to mix my version up in a Mai Tai glass but a double rocks glass, or a Tiki mug would be fine too. Cheers!
