For the Final, Lele is chosen by the board as the first person who has to choose who to challenge. Lele chooses to challenge Gabriele. With 53% of the votes, Gabriele wins. Gabriele chooses to challenge Elodie. With 54% of the votes, Elodie wins. Elodie challenges Sergio. With 61% of the votes, Sergio is declared Amici 15 winner. Sergio Sylvestre wins Amici 15 and 150.000 Euros. Gabriele Esposito wins the dancing competition and 50.000 Euros. Elodie Di Patrizi wins the critics award and 50.000 Euros. Alessio Gaudino, even though he did not arrive at the final, still wins the Fonzies price and 20.000 Euros.
