On their trip to France Mr. Gruber tells Paddington that they are going to take part in the Tour de France. Thinking that he is going on a bicycle tour of France Paddington procures himself a tricycle. His peaceful ride through the French countryside takes a wild turn when Paddington finds himself in the middle of the renown bicycle race.
